Noga Raz

Noga Raz has a varied work experience, starting with their participation in the LEAD- Youth Leadership Development Program in 2011. In 2012, they joined the Israel Defense Forces as a Military Social Worker. In 2013, they were the Branch Manager of Ore to Excellence, where they managed activities of 30 volunteer instructors. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Head of Ness Ziyona Branch at Perach - Tutorial Project, overseeing the work of 40 instructors and managing Foundation's work relations with school programs and education professionals in the area. Noga then worked as an Instructor at a hostel for autistic adults at Beit Ekstein from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are a Junior Product Manager at Wizdome.

Noga Raz began their educational journey in 2012 when they attended the Ein Prat - Preparatory Program for Excellence. Later that year, they participated in the Seeds of Peace Educator Program in the US. Noga then went on to obtain their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2018. Currently, they are pursuing their Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), which they will complete in 2023.
