Heather Felton

Heather Felton began their work experience in 1989 as an Undergraduate Student at Hamilton College, where they received a B.A. with Summa Cum Laude honors and a concentration in Psychobiology. Heather then pursued further education and became a Graduate Student at Boston University's Sargent College of Allied Health from 1993 to 2000, earning a Sc. D. (Ph. D.) degree.

In 2000, Felton joined the Howard Hughes Medical Institute as a Lab Manager in the Rosbash Laboratory, where they worked until 2007.

Following that, they joined Brandeis University in 2007 and held various roles, including Director and Co-Director of the Division of Science, and the Director of the Division of Science Personnel Group. As the Director of the Personnel Group, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of hiring, terminating, and managing research staff appointments within the Division of Science, as well as collaborating with visa offices and Human Resources.

Throughout their work experience, Felton demonstrated expertise in administration, personnel management, and scientific research coordination.

Heather Felton has a BA, Summa Cum Laude in Psychobiology from Hamilton College, obtained between 1989 and 1993. Heather then went on to complete an MS with Distinction in Exercise Physiology at Boston University from 1993 to 1995. Continuing their studies at Boston University, they obtained a ScD in Applied Anatomy and Physiology/Molecular Biology between 1995 and 2000.
