Laura Bramson Hyman currently serves as the Director of Genesis at Brandeis University, leading an immersive pre-college program for exceptional high school students since October 2019. Previously, Laura was the Boston Regional Director at Moving Traditions, where the focus was on fostering self-discovery and commitment to Jewish life among teens from August 2016 to October 2019. Laura also directed Havayah, the teen community at Temple Beth Elohim, from March 2009 to July 2016, developing an engaging learning program for teens. Additional experience includes roles as a consultant, program associate, and educator at various institutions, including Temple Ohabei Shalom and Temple Israel of Hollywood. Laura holds an MAJE-MAJCS in Jewish Education and Communal Service from Hebrew Union College and is currently pursuing an Honorary Doctorate in Jewish Education at the same institution, having previously earned a JBA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
