Jaime Ibarra has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades.
In 1999, they started their career as a UH-1N Pilot and Weapons and Tactics Instructor at HMLA-369. Jaime then transitioned to the role of UH-1N NATOPS Program Manager at HMLA/T-303 from December 2004 to March 2008, where they were responsible for the standardized annual flight certification program for UH/HH-1N pilots in the Navy and Marine Corps.
From March 2008 to April 2010, Jaime served as the Assistant Operations Officer at HMLA-369, where they were responsible for training, deployment, and employment of a Light Attack Squadron in support of combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jaime also held the role of Director of Standardization and Safety from March 2010 to June 2011, where they were directly responsible for the organization's ground and aviation safety programs during combat deployment.
In June 2012, Jaime joined the Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron NINE as the Operational Test Director. In this role, they were directly responsible for the operational evaluation of software, weapons, and aircraft systems for all H-1 aircraft for the USMC. Jaime led a team of 32 Marines and civilian engineers and technicians and managed an annual budget of over $2.5 million.
From July 2016 to March 2018, Jaime worked at Smartronix as a Program Manager. Jaime led a Government CSS team providing project management, IT support, and intelligence analysis to a government engineering product team. Jaime also served as the customer's Product Lead, managing a portfolio of projects providing software development and mission data files for aircraft defensive EW suites.
Most recently, Jaime joined Brandes Associates, Inc. in April 2021 as a Senior Program Manager. Further details about their role and responsibilities in this position are not provided.

Jaime Ibarra completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy between 1992 and 1996. Jaime then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management from The University of Kansas from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they studied Military and Strategic Leadership Studies at the US Army Command and General Staff College during the same period.
