Heidi Gray is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various leadership and freelance roles across notable companies. Currently serving as the Director of Design Realization at BrandFuel Co. since July 2022, Heidi has a proven track record in strategic implementation of design systems for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. Previously, Heidi owned a freelance design business since 2008 and held positions such as Director of Design at Galerie Candy and Gifts and Realization Manager at COHO Creative. Expertise includes food photography art direction, budget management, and the launch of retail environments for the North America region of Skin Inc. at Sephora. Additionally, experience as an adjunct instructor at Gateway Community and Technical College involved educating students on graphic design principles. Earlier roles featured leadership in global packaging initiatives at LPK and design delineation at Marsh Inc. Heidi Gray's educational background includes studies at Gateway Community and Technical College from 1998 to 2000.
