Adam Lavelle has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Adam began their career in 1996 as an Account Director at Digitas. Adam then moved to Cambridge Technology Partners in 1998 as a Director of Interactive. In 1999, they became Vice President of Experience Strategy at iXL/Scient. In 2003, they joined Agency.com as Vice President of Strategy & Client Services. In 2006, they were appointed Chief Strategy Officer at iCrossing, where they helped lead the company to $150M in revenue and a 4x increase in profitability. In 2012, they became CEO of Hearst Core Audience and launched the company as a Programmatic Trading Desk and DMP software solution. In 2014, they joined Merkle as Chief Solutions Officer & Global CMO and was later promoted to Chief Solutions Officer. From 2019 to 2021, they held the roles of Chief Solutions Officer, Global Alliances and Chief Solutions Officer, Americas at dentsu international. Most recently, they became Co-Founder of UpperRight in 2022.
Adam Lavelle completed a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing & Classics from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994. Prior to this, they attended Hampden-Sydney College from 1988 to 1991, studying Classics.
