Stephen Baldock

Stephen Baldock began their career in 2012 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Harvey Nash. In 2015, they joined Norman Broadbent Group as an Associate, then was promoted to Delivery Consultant and then to Head of Research (NBS|NBI). In 2020, Stephen joined Think & Grow as an Advisor and Partner. In 2021, Stephen joined BrandHero as Chief People Officer, and then in the same year, they joined Amazing | Agency for Marketing on Amazon as Chief People Officer. Most recently, in 2022, Stephen joined GROVN as Chief People Officer. Throughout their career, Stephen has been responsible for bringing the best talent into the companies they have worked for and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Stephen Baldock attended Swansea University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management.
