Nelushi Perera

Nelushi Perera currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Group Learning and Talent Management at Brandix, having progressed through various roles including Senior Executive and Executive in Talent Engagement and Development since November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Analyst for Personal Finance at Planlogic from June 2020 to November 2021 and a Research Trainee at Stax Colombo in 2019. Nelushi is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Psychology from London Metropolitan University, having previously earned a BSc (Honours) in International Management and Business from the University of Plymouth and completed education at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Early education was attained at Holy Family Convent Bambalapitiya.
