Marco Borromeo

Marco Borromeo has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2002. Marco started as a Programmer at Playstos Entertainment, where they developed a PC/XBOX game using DirectX APIs. In 2003, they moved to Valpas Communications as a Programmer, where they developed Windows (NT/98) drivers using DDK (C language), and a GUI (Visual Basic and C++) to interface with them. In 2004, they worked as a Web Programmer at Pixelized. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Yahoo! as a Local Web Engineer, where they implemented external providers content into Yahoo! Italy sites, and also took part in a major Y! Italy News redesign. During this time, they also worked as a Self Employed Ruby/Rails, PHP and iOS freelance developer, as well as a Scalability and Cloud Computing Consultant and Contractor. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Developer at Mobango Ltd. and Qwentes Italia. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Kijiji Italia. Marco is currently working as the Head of Engineering at BRANDON GROUP.
