Dan Beeman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various construction and management roles. Dan is currently serving as the Vice President of Construction at BrandPoint Services since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Southeast Operations at Philadelphia Sign Company since 2019. Dan also owned and served as the President of Beeman Development Group, where they were responsible for strategic planning, consulting services, construction design processes, and financial analysis from 2017 to 2019.

Before that, Dan worked at The Hertz Corporation as the Senior Director of Construction, Architecture & Design for North America. Dan Beeman holds a MBA in Management from Roosevelt University, which they earned between 1999 and 2001. Dan also obtained a BS in Environmental Health from Old Dominion University from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they completed the Facilities Management Certificate Program at George Mason University. Dan Beeman attended Thomas Jefferson High School as well.
