Gerson Morales

Gerson Morales is an experienced technology and operations leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology and Digital Operations at BrandSafway since April 2024. Previously, Morales held several senior roles at Honeywell, including Senior Director of Customer and Product Operations, Engineering, and Cloud, where oversight of a $23M cloud spend and development of governance and automation strategies were key achievements. Additional roles at Honeywell included Director positions focused on IT strategy and operations, leading to significant reductions in incident levels. Earlier experience includes principal roles at GE Healthcare and GE Digital, managing digital operations and supply chain analytics, respectively, as well as various leadership positions within GE, serving across multiple sectors of the company. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BS in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
