Michael Thiele

Michael Thiele, CPA, CFA, currently serves as Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at BrandSafway since May 2022. Previously, Michael held positions at Carrier, including Director of Corporate Development & Integration and Associate Director of Corporate Development, from November 2020 to May 2022. At Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from February 2019 to November 2020, Michael managed a team responsible for mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. Michael began at KPMG US in October 2014, progressing from Senior Associate to Manager in M&A Deal Advisory & Strategy, where Michael provided services for domestic and cross-border transactions. Michael's early experience at KPMG included roles in audit and an internship focusing on client audit engagements. Michael holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University.
