Sheila Alvarez

Sheila Alvarez is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT program transformation and end-user services. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Program Transformation at BrandSafway, Sheila's previous roles include Director of IT End User Services & Transformation at Datavant, where Sheila completed the IGNITE Program focused on nurturing high-potential leaders. Prior to Datavant, Sheila held multiple positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Associate Director of the Digital Leadership Development Program and Customer Engagement Manager. Sheila's career began at DXC Technology and spans various technology roles across multiple companies. Sheila holds a Master’s degree in Global Technology & Development from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
