Kayla R. has a diverse work experience. Kayla started as a Keyholder at Stuart Weitzman from June 2019 to February 2020. After that, they worked as a Stylist Manager at Stitch Fix from February 2018 to March 2020. Subsequently, they joined Vince as a Merchandise Manager in February 2020 and stayed there until June 2023. Currently, they are working as a Retail Operations Coordinator at Brandshare from June 2023.

Kayla R. pursued their education starting from 2012 to 2016 at Sharyland High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, from 2016 to 2022, they attended Texas State University. At Texas State University, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. In February 2022, Kayla obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research Students from the CITI Program.
