Vaishnavi Reddy has a diverse work experience in the fields of UX strategy, design thinking, and creative direction. Vaishnavi has been the Founder and CEO of OriginUX Studio since 2016, where they emphasize the importance of speed in adapting to market changes. Prior to that, they co-founded BrandStory.in in 2015, a digital agency offering UI/UX and design-led technology services. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, they worked as a designer at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle from 2014 to 2015, where they developed seasonal concepts and collections for V Dot by Vanheusen. Vaishnavi also served as a designer at Arvind Limited from 2013 to 2014, where they designed brand guidelines, worked on product design and development, and collaborated with sourcing teams for fabric procurement.
