Andrew Chong

Andrew Chong currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Brandt Business Services, overseeing operations, IT operations, and HR functions since May 2017. With a strong background in customer experience, digital transformation, and operational excellence, Andrew has held several executive roles, including Chief Digital Customer Officer at smarter and Chief Digital and Transformation Officer at yes seatel. Previous experience includes senior leadership positions at Smart Communications, Inc., Astro, SingTel, Maxis, and Shell, where responsibilities spanned customer service strategy, human capital management, and project management across multiple regions. Andrew holds a BBA (Honors) degree in Finance with a minor in HR from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
