Adriana Navas

Medical Director at BCCS

Dr. Navas is a native of Uruguay, but she completed most of her education in California. She graduated Valedictorian from the College of Science at Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Microbiology, completed Medical School at Western University of Health Sciences, School of Medicine in Pomona, and obtained a master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from Loma Linda University.

Dr. Navas completed her family medicine residency in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Philadelphia, and she is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP). She is also board certified in addiction medicine.

Dr. Navas is bilingual in English/Spanish, bringing to BCCS many years of expertise in the field of addiction medicine as well as experience as Medical Director, coupled with a passion for work with disadvantaged populations and a desire to help mitigate the impact of the opioid epidemic.
