Daniel Palazzo

Mr. Palazzo currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Formerly he served as Vice President of Asset Management of Brandywine’s Pennsylvania Region from 2006 until 2014 and served as the Director of Operations for the Company’s New Jersey Portfolio from 2004 until 2006. Mr. Palazzo joined Brandywine as Corporate Controller in 1999. Prior to joining Brandywine, Mr. Palazzo was a CPA working for Arthur Andersen in their commercial audit division specializing in the real estate, construction, and financial services industries. He earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.

Mr. Palazzo is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts ("NAREIT") and is a board member of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
