Wayne Wong

Wayne Wong has worked in the tech industry since 2014. In 2014, they began working at ZHEN Architecture + Construction as the Head IT, where they spearheaded the research and development of a Web Application System. This system included modules such as employee profiling, DTR tracking, payroll generator, expense listing, materials inventory, and a visual representation of the data used for analytical purposes. In 2016, they moved to Nerubia Web Solutions, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained dockerized REST API web service applications with Test-Driven Development approach. Currently, they work at Brankas as a Senior System Developer, Team Lead, and System Developer. In this role, they design, develops, and maintains highly-scalable microservice applications, and also ensures technical operations run smoothly, keeps track of and evaluates employee performance, helps with hiring and training, creates objectives, and ensures overall client satisfaction.

Wayne Wong received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan in 2016. Wayne is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, which they started in 2021.
