Jonny Wood

Jonny Wood has over 15 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Project Innovations Manager at Branston Ltd since January 2011, where previous roles included Head of Technical, Senior Technical Manager, and Technical Manager. Prior to this, Jonny held the position of Technical & Quality Leader (interim) at Fenmarc Produce for a short duration and worked as a Technical Assistant at Laurens Patisseries, part of Bakkavor Foods Limited. The early career began as an Assistant Technical Manager at G Wood & Sons Ltd. Jonny Wood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Economics from Newcastle University between 2002 and 2005.
