Max Mertens has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Project/I.T. + Innovations Manager at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts since December 2006. Based at Sofitel London St James, Max supports several properties in improving services for ambassadors and hotel guests. Previous roles include IT Manager and IT Coordinator at NOVOTEL Birmingham Airport, Night Audit Manager at Bestattungshaus Bernd Mertens, and various positions at Sofitel Munich Bayerpost and Sofitel Hamburg Alter Wall.
