Lana Dunlop

Lana Dunlop is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Manager of Complex Care and Flow Management at Niagara Healthcare System since June 2024. Lana has held various leadership roles, including Patient Access and Flow Navigator and Lead Manager for Post Acute Care at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since June 2017, and Manager of Patient Access and Flow at Brant Community Healthcare System since May 2020. Additionally, Lana contributes to academia as a Professor at Conestoga College and has previously held directorial and managerial positions in several healthcare organizations, focusing on patient flow, performance excellence, and quality improvement.
