Sarah Shackleton

Sarah Shackleton currently serves as the Manager of Change Leadership, Training & Development at Brant Community Healthcare System since August 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held various positions at Ontario Health, including Lead of Change Management and Adoption, and Manager of Digital Transformation and Innovation, focusing on digital excellence in health. Sarah also worked as an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University and part-time Instructor at Mohawk College. Previous experience includes roles at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as a Digital Training & Change Management Specialist and several positions with the City of Hamilton in Public Health Services. Sarah began a nursing career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Hamilton Health Sciences. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Health Science Education, both from McMaster University.
