Charlotte Hathaway is a seasoned health, safety, and wellbeing professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Health Safety and Wellbeing Lead at BRANZ since July 2023, Charlotte has previously held positions such as Wellbeing Consultant at Sage Practices Wellbeing and the Ministry of Justice, and Wellbeing Specialist at ACC. Notable previous roles include Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager for The Royal Commission of Abuse in Care, where Charlotte developed crucial strategies and policies, and Project Manager for Speak Up Safely at MFAT, addressing issues of bullying and harassment. Charlotte holds a Post Graduate degree in Occupational Health from the University of Otago and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
