Zach McKirahan

Zach McKirahan is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Brasada Ranch since June 2016, where previous roles included Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at JW Marriott from February 2015 to April 2016, ensuring compliance with federal and California state laws while implementing Marriott standard operating procedures. Earlier, Zach worked as an HR Generalist at Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe from December 2012 to February 2015, managing talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from California Coast University.
