Patrícia Viotto

Patrícia Viotto has a diverse work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Patrícia is currently a member of the People and Organization Committee Council at Braskem Idesa since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the HR, DEI, and Communication Vice-President for North America at Braskem America starting in May 2020. Patrícia also worked at Braskem as the HR Director Corporate from March 2019 to May 2020 and as a Global HR Business Partner from December 2017 to February 2019. Before joining Braskem, Patrícia held positions at International Paper, Cielo, Votorantim, Votorantim Siderurgia, Votorantim Metais Holding, Philips do Brasil Ltda, and Clariant S/A, where they gained extensive experience in human resources and organizational development.
