Elaine Fabem

Elaine Fabem has a diverse work experience in project management. Elaine started their career in 2002 at Brasoftware as a Project Manager, where they managed projects involving the implementation of the latest technologies, such as Cloud Computing, Productivity and Collaboration, and Asset Management, for large companies in various sectors. Elaine worked closely with solution architects in pre-sales, mapping requirements, validating timelines and costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Elaine worked at Brasoftware until 2007.

In 2008, Elaine joined Euax Gestão de Projetos as a Project Manager, specializing in fiscal solutions. Elaine managed all development projects for the software factory, including functional improvements, compliance with legislation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics ERP with Datasul fiscal solutions. Additionally, they assisted the software factory in adopting the Datasul development methodology based on CMMi. During this time, Elaine also worked as a consultant on a process redesign project for the support area of Porto Seguro company.

In 2009, Elaine worked at IT-BRAIN as a Project Manager, responsible for a project that involved the consolidation of IT between Ipiranga and Ultra companies. Elaine managed the Email front, planning and approving the migration process from Domino Notes to Exchange 2007.

Since 2010, Elaine has been back at Brasoftware as a Project Manager, PMP-certified. In this role, they continue to lead technology projects, collaborating with solution architects in pre-sales, mapping requirements, and validating timelines and costs for implementing cutting-edge technologies in major companies.

Elaine Fabem has a diverse educational background. Elaine studied "Gestão de Pessoas com ênfase em Liderança Organizacional" at Fundação Vanzolini. Additionally, they pursued a degree in "Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação" with a specialization in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

In terms of certifications, Elaine has obtained several qualifications. Elaine received the certification for "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" from Microsoft in December 2022. In December 2020, they obtained certifications in "Diversidade e Inclusão em uma Empresa Global" and "Liderança Inclusiva" from LinkedIn.
