Carlos Eduardo Bacha has a strong work experience in the investment and finance industry. Carlos Eduardo currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Brasol since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a partner at PARAMIS CAPITAL from October 2017 to January 2023. Before that, they worked at Patria Investimentos as a VP from October 2014 to November 2017 and at BRZ Investimentos as an Associate Structured Credit from June 2013 to October 2014. Carlos Eduardo also worked at Gávea Investimentos as an Associate Gávea Crédito Estruturado from May 2012 to June 2013, at Banco Modal as a Real Estate Manager from April 2010 to June 2012, and at Plancorp Investment & Advisory Group as a Gerente de Business Development from January 2008 to April 2010.

Carlos Eduardo Bacha completed their undergraduate degree in International Relations at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 2003 to 2007. Carlos Eduardo later pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance at the same institution from 2009 to 2010.
