Marc Forst

Marc Forst is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in analytical chemistry and laboratory operations. Currently serving as Responsable Qualité et Laboratoire at BRASSERIE LICORNE since October 2022, Marc previously held the position of Directeur Assurance Qualité et Contrôle Qualité at Biosolve from April 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included implementing quality, safety, and environmental policies, coordinating client and certification audits, and ensuring compliance with internal and external product and service requirements. Prior experience includes working as responsable analytique at ATMO Grand Est from October 2004 to April 2018, overseeing the COFRAC-accredited laboratory for organic micropollutant analysis. Marc holds a Master's degree in Chimie-Biologie from Université de Strasbourg, obtained in 2010.
