Tracy Treadwell

Tracy Treadwell has extensive experience in employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition within the healthcare and community services sectors. Currently serving as the Employee Engagement & Professional Development Administrator and previously as the Professional & Organizational Development Specialist at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital since October 2021, Tracy has also held the position of Talent Acquisition Business Partner at the same institution. Prior to their tenure at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Tracy was the Director of Recruitment & Program Support/Training Specialist at Mobius, The Mentoring Movement from August 2008 to August 2012, and served as the Business & Community Liaison at Northlands Job Corps Center from September 1997 to July 2008.
