Emma Rusbarsky

Emma Rusbarsky has a diverse work experience. Emma started their career at The Brattleboro Retreat as a Mental Health Worker, where they later progressed to the position of Mental Health Worker II in 2018. Additionally, Emma has worked at Marlboro College, where they served as a member of the Women’s Resource Center Advisory Board and was a Community Engagement Intern for Residential Life. Emma also held the role of Fire Chief during their time at Marlboro College. Prior to Marlboro College, Emma worked at Princeton Family YMCA as a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Swim Coach from 2008 to 2012.

Emma Rusbarsky attended Marlboro College from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology & Gender Studies, specifically focusing on the field of sex and sexuality.
