Ivan Monells Costa

Ivan Monells Costa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ivan co-founded Brava Fabrics in 2014, where they managed Facebook Ads, investing over 500,000 euros and becoming knowledgeable about Facebook algorithms to maximize growth and profitability. Prior to that, they worked at Embutidos Monells S.A. from 2010 to 2014, first as an IT Project Manager for Business Intelligence, where they selected and coordinated outsourced companies to store data and developed reporting tools. Ivan later became a Purchase Administrative Controller, leading a team for purchasing and streamlining processes, resulting in cost reduction. Ivan also has experience in startup companies, having founded CRM Partners in 2006, where they obtained private funding and handled marketing campaigns for real estate developments. Before that, they founded Trabajillos.es in 2005, where they developed the business model and extensive code lines.

Ivan Monells Costa completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Esade from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Engineering at Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya from 2008 to 2010, with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Ivan'sundergraduate degree was in Information Systems Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, which they completed from 2004 to 2007 with a specialization in Interfaces and Systems Integration.
