Andrew Stepien

Andrew Stepien has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew began their career as a Sales Associate at Vivint in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Research Intern at True North Therapeutics. From 2017 to 2017, they served as a Sales Development Representative at Audicus.

In 2013, Andrew Stepien studied biochemistry and computer science at Chapman University while also serving on the president's student advisory board for four years.

Their most recent role was at Brava Home Inc., where they held multiple positions. Andrew started as a Culinary QA Analyst in January 2018 and then became a Culinary Software and Technical Lead from November 2018 to November 2019. As the lead, they directed a team of culinary analysts and created numerous recipe content. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Manager, Culinary Analytics and Technical Product Development, where they fulfilled data requests and created marketing videos to drive engagement and sales. In January 2022, they assumed the position of Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Development, where they manage data, marketing, and educational content for a large number of customers and provides product training and reporting to senior management.

From 2013 to 2017, Andrew Stepien attended Chapman University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
