Dana Etheredge

Dana Etheredge is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at DocNow EHR since July 2024. Prior to this role, Dana held the same title at DoseSpot from April 2023 to July 2024 and was the Director of Client Success at Bravado Health between November 2021 and April 2023. Dana also contributed to ProviderFlow as the Director of Client Success and Director of Project Management from December 2020 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Dana worked at U.S. Dermatology Partners in various roles including Applications and Integrations Project Manager, Operations Project Coordinator, and Front Desk Associate from June 2016 to October 2020. Dana's initial experience includes work as an Event Ambassador and Tee Up Crew at Topgolf from April 2011 to October 2015.
