Amy Geltner has a diverse work experience in various companies. Amy started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Underwriters Laboratories in 1999. Amy then worked as a Manager of Human Resources at Canon Business Solutions from 2005 to 2007, where they were involved in recruitment, employee relations, and the creation of training materials. Amy then became the Director of Training and Development at Canon Solutions America from 2009 to 2013, where they developed talent identification processes and implemented a learning management system. Amy later joined American Hotel Register Company as the Manager of Learning & Development from 2013 to 2016, and then became the Director of Organizational Development from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Amy holds the position of Vice President of Outplacement & Career Transition Operations at BRAVANTI, a company that offers leadership coaching and career transition services.
Amy Geltner earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from William Howard Taft University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Business: Organizational Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Amy also pursued additional certification as a Certified Executive Coach from Symbiosis Coaching and Training, which they obtained in 2023.
