Kathryn Heath

Kathryn Heath has a vast work experience spanning over several decades. Kathryn has held significant roles in prominent companies, including Bravanti, Flynn Heath Holt Leadership (a BPI group company), and First Union (now Wells Fargo). Kathryn is currently the Managing Director of Leadership Acceleration at Bravanti, where they focus on leadership development for women and historically underrepresented groups. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Flynn Heath Holt, where they specialized in coaching business leaders in Fortune 100 organizations. Before entering the leadership development field, Kathryn held various positions at First Union, including Senior Vice President and Director of First University.

Kathryn Heath earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1971. Kathryn later attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to pursue a Ph.D. degree. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
