Michelle Sugerman

Michelle Sugerman, PMP PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and founder of Leading Synergies, LLC, with extensive experience since 2004 in coaching leaders within the STEMM sectors, focusing on ESG complexities and improving employee engagement. Currently associated with BRAVANTI, Michelle specializes in revealing leadership blind spots through Hogan assessments and stakeholder interviews while also facilitating team optimization workshops. As the founder of Leadership Gym, Michelle promotes community and leadership development among Christ-centered professionals. Previous roles include multi-unit franchise ownership at Sport Clips Haircuts and various technical and managerial positions at TriZetto Corporation and PacifiCare Health Systems. Michelle holds a B.A. in Human Resources and Organizational Management and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with multiple coaching certifications.
