Kendall Schmitt

Kendall Schmitt has worked in various roles since 2017. In that time, they have served as a Membership Services Associate/Childwatch Associate at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, a Girl Scouts Volunteer at Girl Scouts of the USA, a Patient Screener at OrthoCarolina, a Volunteer at NOVANT HEALTH IMAGING - MONROE, a Centralina AAA Intern at Centralina Regional Council, and an Administrative Office Specialist at Brave Health. At the YMCA, they were responsible for understanding and clearly communicating all membership offerings and branch programming, building and maintaining excellent and professional relationships with members, guests, and staff, using Personify software to complete transactions, conveying and enforcing all YMCA policies, creating daily schedules and centers for playtime, snack time, circle-time, naptime, crafts and other activities, and providing care and supervision of children in the YMCA kids area.

Kendall Schmitt began their education in 2012 at Lake Orion Community High School, where they attended until 2015. Kendall then received their High School Diploma from Ardrey Kell High School in 2016. After that, they attended Central Piedmont Community College and obtained their Associate of Arts - AA in 2018. Most recently, Kendall obtained their Bachelor of Science - BS in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2021. Additionally, in August of 2021, Kendall obtained an Online CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from the National CPR Foundation.
