Muriel Kosovsky has held a variety of roles in the fields of coaching, teaching, and training. In 2020, they became the CEO, Executive coach, and Podcast host for Highly-sensitive-leaders.com, where they focus on supporting leaders and professionals living with the HSP trait. Additionally, they became an Executive and Learning Coach for INSEAD Executive Education, an Executive Coach for HSBC Customer-Centric Communication, an Executive Coach for Schneider Electrics Leading Yourself and Others, an Executive Coach for Leading Visa Forward (VP) at NEO Leaders, a DEI Dialogue space facilitator for New York Times and Autodesk at Bravely, a Coach-in-Training group supervisor and reflective practitioner at Animas Centre for Coaching, a Management and Leadership Coach at WhiteHat GB, a Deputy Head of Department and Teacher Trainer/Mentor Modern Foreign Languages at The City Academy, Hackney in 2018, a Head of Department and Teacher Trainer/Mentor Modern Foreign Language at St Ignatius' College in 2017, and a Deputy Head of Department and Teacher Trainer/Mentor Modern Foreign Language at The Compton School in 2013. In 2011, they were an English for Academic Purposes Associate at Heriot-Watt University.

Muriel Kosovsky obtained their Master's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from UVSQ Universit\u00e9 de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines between 1995 and 2000. In 2001 and 2002, they attended Institut de formation des Maitres (IUFM) to obtain their CAPES anglais (ESL qualified Teacher Status) in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Heriot-Watt University and obtained a PGDip in Translation and Conference Interpreting in French-English-Spanish. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained their Qualified Teacher status from the Institute of Education in French and Spanish. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Animas Centre for Coaching and obtained an Accredited Diploma (International Coaching Federation) in Transformational Coaching. Additionally, Muriel Kosovsky has obtained certifications in Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights in July 2022, MindGym accreditation from Mind Gym in June 2019, Arabic studies - Intermediate from City Lit in February 2017, and DELE B2 level Spanish from Instituto Cervantes Casablanca in July 2011.
