Jennings Kuzmier

Jennings Kuzmier is the External Affairs Manager at Braven. Prior to Braven, Jennings was the Coalitions Manager at the Pacific Legal Foundation from September 2019 to July 2021. In this role, Jennings managed and built relationships with over 20 partner organizations, incubated LinkedIn and trade association outreach strategy to broaden partnership reach, and developed content and programming for 16 events to elevate cases and legal scholarship and position them within the context of the current news and public policy discussions. Jennings also managed the public speaking training program, built the curriculum, led trainings, and worked with a contractor to help attorneys integrate organizational communications strategy when speaking to press or other external audiences. Finally, Jennings implemented SEO strategy with partnership focus, managing content development and placement process with a total of 33 pieces placed with 46,356 combined social media shares.

Before joining the Pacific Legal Foundation, Jennings was an Account Manager at DCI Group from November 2018 to August 2019. In this role, Jennings provided strategic counsel to clients on a variety of issues including energy, healthcare, tax reform, and telecommunications.

Jennings began their career as a Program Associate, Academic Outreach at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University from September 2016 to July 2018. In this role, Jennings cultivated relationships with professors and developed educational materials to promote the use of economic research in policymaking.

Jennings Kuzmier has a degree in management and history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a minor in philosophy, politics, and economics (PPE). They also have a degree in history from The University of Edinburgh.
