Shalinee Sharma

Shalinee Sharma is CEO and co-founder of Zearn, a nonprofit curriculum publisher. Zearn created Zearn Math, a K-5 print and software-based math curriculum that supports daily differentiation and engagement so all children can love learning math. Zearn Math received a top, ‘green’ rating from EdReports and is used by millions of students and teachers.

Shalinee currently serves on the Gates Foundation Mathematics Advisory Board and is a Pahara-Aspen Fellow.

Prior to Zearn, spent more than a decade at Bain & Co. leading work for clients in tech, financial services, and education. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University.

Shalinee spends her free time outdoors with her husband and twin sons. The child of refugees, Shalinee has always been passionate about universal access to an excellent education.
