Ramona Stefan

Ramona is experienced in strategic talent development at both small and large-scale companies. Before joining Braviant, she was a Talent Development Leader at Enova International, where she created and led data-driven talent programs that increased employee engagement and retention across the organization. In her current position, Ramona builds organizational programs focused on recruitment, compensation, training, and long-term career development. She received her B.S. in Business Management and her M.S. in Human Resources from DePaul University.
