Yiannis Zachariou

Yiannis Zachariou has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Yiannis currently holds the position of Director Data Science at Braviant Holdings since April 2022. Before that, from April 2021 to February 2022, they worked as the Director of Data Analytics at Attane.

Prior to that, Yiannis worked at companies like Sprint and Amdocs. At Sprint, from October 2017 to September 2020, they served as the Manager of Data Science - Credit Risk Management. During their tenure, they built and led a team focused on data science and analytics initiatives. Yiannis also mentored and trained individuals in analytics and machine learning techniques. Additionally, they played a key role in developing new scores and scorecards for credit offers, optimizing fraud strategies, and guiding vendors in creating solutions for the risk organization.

At Amdocs, from June 2016 to October 2017, Yiannis held the position of Data Science Lead.

Yiannis also has experience in academia, having worked as a Lecturer at the University of Kansas Edwards Campus from January 2011 to May 2015. Yiannis previously served as a Lecturer at the University of Kansas from August 2004 to May 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a GTA (Graduate Teaching Assistant) at the University of Kansas from August 1998 to May 2004.
