Scott Zailer

Scott Zailer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2024. Scott began their career at Accenture, where they held roles as a Consultant and later as an SAP SRM Team Lead. In these positions, they oversaw the implementation of SRM 7.0 and managed various functionalities such as Shopping Cart, Workflow, and Purchase Orders.

After their time at Accenture, Scott joined Capital One as a Senior Manager, where they focused on Information Security Portfolio Delivery. Scott then transitioned to the role of Product Manager, Digital Engineering.

In 2018, Scott became the Vice President of Product at Bravium Consulting Inc., where they founded and led the product division known as Bravium Labs. Here, they were responsible for the development and maintenance of code quality and instance governance tools in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Currently, Scott is a Founding Member of Sidebar, a highly vetted leadership program dedicated to accelerating career growth and impact.

Scott Zailer received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in the years 1997-2001. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in different areas such as Pragmatic Marketing, Information Security Management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum.
