Kathy Trivino-Harper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 1996, they worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an Account Manager for Facility Services, where they managed janitorial and facility support operations for a large research and development plant. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of employees, as well as handling financial operations. In 2006, Kathy joined BRAVO! Building Services, a KBS Company, initially serving as the Safety & Training Director. In this position, they worked closely with senior management to promote a safety-first culture and provided leadership and guidance to the operations teams. Kathy also developed and implemented safety and operational programs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. In May 2022, Kathy was promoted to the role of Vice President of Training, Safety & Health at the same company, where they continue to contribute their expertise in training, safety, and health management.

Kathy Trivino-Harper holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and Management & Global Business from Rutgers University - Newark, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Kathy also has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration from Union County College, obtained from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they earned a certification as an Executive Assistant from Katharine Gibbs School in 2005-2006. Kathy Trivino-Harper has also obtained various certifications, including being a member of the ISSA Sustainability Committee Work Group and the ISSA Education Development Committee since 2023. Kathy became a Fitwel Ambassador in 2022 and attained the Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) in September 2018. Moreover, they obtained a Change Management Specialist certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2015.
