Lyndsey Holder-Kalson

Lyndsey Holder-Kalson was raised in Southern New Mexico thanks to Holloman Air Force Base and the 49th Fighter Wing. At the age of 20, a musical theater habit caused her to walk into a radio studio to voice her first commercial. She was hired on the spot with Burt Broadcasting in Alamogordo, NM. She began as a part-time on-air personality for KYEE 94 Key where she found her talent for audio production, station imaging and radio performance. She went on to study Journalism and Mass Communications at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces NM. When she heard an on-air ad hiring for radio in Las Cruces in 2007, she jumped at the opportunity.

She’s been a dominant personality of KXPZ 99.5 FM for the past decade, even undertaking a full format flip from Rock to Country and working her way up from on-air-personality to Program Director. She has become a successful voice-over talent for independently produced video games, film production and online training videos for various small corporations under her own endeavor with VASTProductionsLK. She’s also become a maven of social media management and training social media managers for multiple companies and individuals in the entertainment industry, including musicians, historical venues and more.

Lyndsey has been a part of the Bravo Mic Communications family for the past 13 years, working to build strong relationships throughout the community of Las Cruces, Southern New Mexico and West Texas. With over a dozen awards from the New Mexico Broadcasting Association in the past decade, including Station of the Year in 2013 and 2018 for KXPZ in Rock and Country formats, she has big goals for Bravo Mic Communications as a whole.
