Eva Holikova

Eva Holikova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In their current role as a Senior Business Controller at Nexus Group - Global, they support the CFO by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Eva also leads projects that enhance data-driven decision-making within the company.

Prior to their current role, Eva worked as a Project Controller at Accenture, where they monitored project profitability and collaborated with international teams and stakeholders. Eva played an active role in financial management and compliance processes.

Eva also served as a Group Accountant and Financial Controller at Chiesi Pharmaceuticals GmbH, overseeing the monthly closing process of six CEE affiliates and preparing reporting packages for top management. At Telekom Austria Group, they worked as a Junior Group Controller, preparing financial reports and assisting in the implementation of enterprise performance management systems.

Earlier in their career, Eva worked as an International Trainee at Mondi Industrial Bags GmbH, where they analyzed supply chain processes and designed a vendor claim management system.
