Dhiraj Talwar

Dhiraj Talwar has over 26 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Dhiraj currently serves as an Engineering Manager - Wealth & Automation at Bravura Solutions since December 2014, where they are responsible for delivery of multiple product engineering workstreams. Prior to this, they worked as a Gender Diversity Lead (India) under the Diversity & Inclusiveness Initiative starting from January 2020.

Before joining Bravura Solutions, Dhiraj worked at Bharti Airtel as a DGM IT from October 2009 to November 2014. Dhiraj was responsible for strategic planning and execution of the IT stack for the DTH line of business. Dhiraj also independently managed the IT stack for B2B global business.

Prior to Bharti Airtel, Dhiraj worked at Astadia as an Engagement Manager from June 2008 to October 2009. Dhiraj was involved in the design and development of CRM SaaS solutions using Salesforce Force.com.

Dhiraj also served as a Service Delivery Manager at Serco from September 2007 to June 2008, where they were responsible for setting up the offshore delivery team and overall delivery from the offshore center.

Dhiraj's work experience also includes a role as General Manager - Projects at Keane India Ltd from August 1996 to September 2007, where they handled account management, client relationship management, and project planning and management.

Dhiraj'scareer started as a Programmer Analyst at Eastern Software Systems in September 1995, where they were involved in the development and implementation of a Sales and Marketing system for LML, Kanpur. Prior to that, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at Soloman Engineers Ltd from September 1994 to September 1995.

Dhiraj Talwar completed a Master's in Computer Science (MCS) from Nowrosjee Wadia College in Pune from 1992-1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCS) from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1989-1991.
