Spencer Howse has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Spencer began their career at SG Warburg as a Rufus Administrative Assistant in 1996. Spencer then worked as a Service Desk Analyst at RBS Trust Bank from 1998 to 1999. In 1999, they joined BNY Mellon as an Application Support Analyst and later became an Application Support Team Lead. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at BNY Mellon. In 2006, they joined Bravura Solutions as a Service Delivery Manager and later took on roles such as Head of Client Servicing, Head of Change Sonata Development, and Global Head of Sonata Software Testing. Spencer currently holds the position of Head of Service Delivery - Australia at Bravura Solutions and is responsible for managing service delivery to Australian customers and overseeing the delivery of managed cloud services.

Spencer Howse attended Nottingham Trent University from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Science and Administration.
