Yaiza Luengo

Based predominately in London, Yaiza Luengo has more than two decades of experience driving large-scale global transformation programs for some of the world’s largest financial service organizations.

As Bravura’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Yaiza is responsible for creating global strategic initiatives and ensuring that client work is delivered in close partnership with Bravura’s regional Managing Directors through developing commercial governance processes and tools. She will also be responsible for growing Bravura’s market share with clients in both APAC and EMEA, resource utilisation, and global programme management.

Before joining Bravura, Yaiza was Chief Strategic Change Officer at Spanish fintech WiZink, where she was responsible for leading its digital change program. Prior to that, she was Global Head of Transformation for Refinitiv, which has client companies in 190 countries. She has held several senior roles at global financial service firms, including at Barclays, RBS and HSBC, where she delivered a global transformation and change programme across its retail, corporate, private and investment banking divisions.
